RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided they are unused and in their original condition/packaging. To exercise this right, please notify us at contact@alignedhub.co.uk within the specified period. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note:
- You are responsible for return delivery fees.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Eligibility Criteria for Refunds and Exchanges

Your goods must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't have the original packaging, you may use your own packaging. However, please keep in mind that we reserve the right to deny the refund or offer a partial refund if the goods are returned to us damaged due to improper packaging.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We only exchange goods with goods of the same value/price. If you wish to exchange for goods of a different value: return the goods you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new goods.
Faulty/Damaged Goods
If the goods you receive are faulty or damaged, or if you receive the wrong goods, please contact us immediately with details so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Process

Notification: To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form or by emailing us at contact@alignedhub.co.uk within the 14-day return period. Provide your order number and details about the goods you wish to return.

Approval: Once your return request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, along with further instructions.

Refund Method: If the returned goods meet the eligibility criteria upon inspection, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days.
Additional information
- The date of your return must be within 14 days of receipt. If not, we may not accept your return.
- We advise that you return your goods with tracked shipping in case any issues arise. If your returned goods get lost (and you cannot prove you made the return with a certificate of posting/return receipt), we will not approve your refund.
- Sales on our digital goods are final.
