Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at contact@alignedhub.co.uk to request a cancellation.

What if I change my mind after receiving the journal?

You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided they are unused and in their original condition/packaging. To exercise this right, please notify us at contact@alignedhub.co.uk within the specified period. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

You are responsible for return delivery fees.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
